Add Commanders of Armies of 4th 8th and 10th

‘John L. DeWitt’ 4th Army and Western Defense Command

‘Robert L. Eichelberger’ 8th Army

‘Simon Bolivar Buckner’ Jr. 10th and Alaska Defense Command

And Fixed Portrait of ‘Lloyd Fredendall’ 2nd Army (It used Eichelberger portrait in vanilla game)
