This mod, made especially for iSorrowProduction’s Hearts of Iron A to Z challenge, aims specifically to make Panama much more fun. Adding dozens of events, a dynamic focus tree, and multiple leaders for Panama, I can guarantee you’ll get at least one fun game out of this mod!
