OWB: New Victoria Expanded is a sub-mod for Old World Blues, providing a complete overhaul for the nation of New Victoria. Features include:

• 63 new national focuses
• 17 new events
• 20 new national spirits
• The ability to depose the monarchy and reform into a republic
• Four formable puppets
• The ability to create your own faction and invite nearby countries or join the Washington Brotherhood’s faction.
• Change your ideology, with unique buffs based on your choice

None of the focuses or buffs are overpowered, and the sub-mod fits seamlessly into OWB (almost like it’s part of the main mod itself!)

Old World Blues and this submod both need to be enabled.
