Description:

Allows upgrading the gun of a tank model similar to engine and armor upgrades.
Also rebalances the reliability cost of the other upgrades from -2% to -1.5% and the speed penalty from armor upgrades to -4% from -5%.

Each level grants the following stats:

maximum speed: -1%
reliability: -1.5%
soft attack: +4%
hard attack: +4%
air attack: +10%
piercing: +3%
supply consumption: +0.005
breakthrough: +0.25
build cost: +0.15

Adds 1 tungsten to cost at lvl 10 and 2 tungsten and 1 chromium at lvl 15.
