BlueMoonTR’s Greater Possibilities: National Ideas GUI
This is the updated version of the original Greater Possibilities: National Ideas GUI mod. I changed the required pp to 100 and changed some buffs.
What’s New
- Now AI can’t have "-10% Resources to Market" buffs. Some countries which has "Limited Exports" were having problem with their trade (eg: Germany)
- Economic 1 : +5% Factory Output ==> +5% Factory and Dockyard Output
- Economic 1 : +5% Factory Output ==> +5% Factory and Dockyard Output
- Expansion 2 : +5% Monthly Population Gain ==> +10% Monthly Population Gain
- Expansion 4 : -5% Troop Training Time ==> +0.05 Compliance Gain
- Expansion 9 : +5% Monthly Population Gain ==> +0.05 Compliance Gain
- Diplomatic 3 : +25% Encryption Factor ==> +0.10 Weekly Stability and War Support Gain
- Diplomatic 4 : -10% Resources to Market ==> +10% War Stability Factor (in war, your stability decrease -20. [it was -30] )
- Diplomatic 6 : +25% Decryption Factor ==> +1 Operative Slot and -35% Agency Upgrade Time
- Diplomatic 8 : -10% Resources to Market ==> +0.5 Political Power Gain
- Diplomatic 9 : -0.5 Subject Autonomy Gain ==> -10% Resources to Market
- Diplomatic 10 : +0.5 Political Power Gain ==> -10% Resources to Market
- Quality 1 : +5% Division Organisation ==> -33% Air Equipment Experience Cost
- Quality 2 : +5% Division Defence ==> +10% Division Defence
- Quality 3 : +7.5% Army Experience Factor ==> +0.25 Daily Experience Gain (Army, Air and Navy)
- Quality 5 : +5% Division Organisation ==> -+10% Division Organisation
- Quality 6 : +7.5% Army Experience Factor ==> +10% Division Recovery Rate
- Quality 7 : +5% Division Defence ==> +1% Recruitable Population
- Quality 8 : +1% Recruitable Population ==> +0.75 Daily Experience Gain
