精准全面的增益-作弊民族精神（暂定译名）
给这玩意儿加点buff，给那玩意搞点debuff，诶就是玩。
通过这个MOD你可以调节自己的各种属性增益，爽的批爆。
这个mod的主要功能是是一个buff/debuffs菜单，有很多增益（或者削弱）选项可供选择。从月人口到经验加成、从每周稳定度到王牌飞行员生成概率，你的游戏你做主。
AI不能使用这个MOD，并且BUFF只能用于特定国家的。
如果想要增强削弱某个国家，你只能用控制台TAG过去为他设置。
打开界面的快捷方式：[shift]+[c]
多人模式可用
铁人模式不可用（当然不能用拉）
