Guarantees Reworked
This mod aims to rework one of the fundamental aspects of HOI4: Guarantees. When playing historical, these are perfectly fine, however it becomes annoying fast when every justification is blocked by france or britain. No longer is this the case!
Guarantees now only result in proxy wars, which can escalate in 6 months at the earliest. You can be in only 3 proxy wars at a time as well.
