Here’s a German army uniform reskin. You have different models for infantry, cavalry, marines, paratroopers and mountaineers.

Should work with any mod that doesn’t change anything in the:
"Hearts of Iron IVgfxentities" folder

I just updated the mod so that you can use it in version 1.11 as well.
