Description:

Modifies the starting territories of Turkey. Now go fulfill your dreams of the real Ottoman Empire.

Gives Turkey 8 research slots, instead of 3.

Starts wtih all technologies.

Gives Turkey more starting territory, including Cyprus, Syria, and Palestine.

Modifies all starting states so that each one:
Is a core state of Turkey
Has Buildings:
Infrastructure level 10
Air Base level 10
All (existing) Naval Bases (ports/harbors) level 10
15 (or possibly max) of each: Dockyards and Civilian and Military Factories

Gives the state of Istanbul:
1 billion manpower
99,999 of each resource
