This is a version of Atlantis by manlethamlet updated to 1.11.* Please comment if you find any issues with this version.

Some focuses have been adjusted to reflect changes. Also added supply depots and rails.

Note: I’m not a hoi4 modder, and don’t really play this game. So this is likely just a one off port.
