Muv Luv English Patch
Development of this mod has been put on hold due to me focusing my efforts on creating a NEW Muv Luv mod for HOI4 1.11. Join the community Dev Server Here[discord.gg].
Translates most of MuvLuv JP to English and adds balance changes in order to make the original mod more accurate to the lore of Muv Luv.

Balance Changes
- Made Anti-Tank (Railgun) Support Companies not impact the top speed of the division
- The cost of Munitions has been reduced
- All BETA air equipment has had their mobility nerfed
- Operation Cherry Blossom has been buffed to make it easier to win the event
- Debuffs for losing hives (for the BETA) have been strengthened
