Description:

Due to the Magna Europa Reloaded team REFUSING (!!!) to add Donetsk and Lugansk to the mod, I brought it upon myself to do it.

I am aware the republics never had control of the entire Donetsk and Lugansk Oblasts, but it was the best I could do with the states the mod had.
