Description:

A very efficient way of suppressing the occupied area has been added,

The new version no longer has to worry about the occupation area eating your manpower.

October 9, 2022: Two other repression methods "PUA them" and "hypnotic APP" have been added

The former can avoid garrison, while the latter can – 99 garrison and greatly reduce the probability of destruction of resources and buildings

The compliance and repression of both are the same as the original "civil supervision"
