Description:

This mod has contents:
・Add commander traits to the army or navy leader.
・Add commander skills to the army or navy leader.
・Remove army or navy commander.
You can add traits and skills to commander in "Decision".
And the commander who apply traits and skills is randomly selected from among all the commanders.

・陸軍・海軍指揮官のスキルレベルを上昇させられます
・陸軍・海軍指揮官の解雇ができます
