Description:

+ Upgrade ships captured from annexing puppeted nations to your own templates
+ Upgrade any ship to a newer hull you have researched
– You need man the guns and probably all DLCs
Uses vanilla refit costs so upgrading a 1936 submarine to 1948 will cost almost the same as just making a new 1948 one. (unless you have a maxed out 1936 and just upgrading hull maybe?)

Known bugs:
If you don’t have tech for coastal defence ship or panserschiff you can’t upgrade them before liscencing and upgrading that variant!
