If you want it more saturated it is just a line in the code!!!! Check common/defines/11_graphics.txt inside the mod files, the line NDefines_Graphics.NGraphics.COUNTRY_COLOR_SATURATION_MODIFIER = 0.25, the higher the value the more saturated!!!!!
