Old World Waifus (Tandi’s Legacy Fix)

This mod only uses the assets present from the original mod which means only the leaders still present from the "Liberty or Death" update have been "moefied". The reason for this is that this mod is only supposed to make the original mod playable for Tandi’s Legacy. Also this is a standalone mod as I had to delete a bunch of files from the original mod to make it compatable with Tandi’s Legacy
Are you tired of waiting for the next Old World Waifu’s update? Well unfortunately I can’t make the update come any faster, what I can do is make the original mod playable for the newest update to help pass the time.
Known Issues
Due to there being more normal NCR generics than NCR moe generics, there is a good chance that when you recruit a new general you might get jumpscared by an old white man.
All of the new nations introduced in Tandi’s Legacy have no moe versions in the original mod, so you are stuck with stinky non-anime portraits for all of those nations.
Also I still don’t know ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ about hoi4 modding (this whole mod is a jury rigged mess) so if any of the animated portraits break I won’t be able to fix that
