Every Province a Victory Point – Road to 56 Support

Hello everyone, the Every Province a Victory Point mod is back for a second round, this time expanding its horizons to support the Road to 56 mod, complete with all the adjustments required for an accurate experience of the mod.
I plan on making patches for other mods including Kaiserreich, TNO and The Great War but these mods are fairly difficult to make on my own so if anyone wants to help me out, write a comment below and we’ll coordinate something.
If you find any problems or mistakes in the mod, let me know, I haven’t fully tested it yet but it should work fairly well (other than the fact it creates a disgusting mess).
