Better New California OOB
This mod currently standardizes the NCR Trooper Template in the Mojave Territories, New California Republic, and Navarro Territories. In addition it also adds a new state to the NCR, Mono Town, which extents the NCR’s boundaries to the edge of the Sierra Nevada’s (I will keep it from conflicting with anything going forward).
Note: This does substantially buff the Navarro Territories, which is the most substantial change.
To do (Sometime):
-Give the focuses ‘The Selection of 2275’, ‘The Bears Roar’, ‘Brotherhood Diplomacy’ and ‘The Open Door Policy’ unique events.
-Give the Navarro Territories divisions specific spawn locations so that they don’t begin the game clustered in Bodega.
-Give Kimball’s path the ability to start a Border War to seize Marklee, in order be in full control of Route 395 & 89.
-Change the Navarro Territories ‘People Party’ icon from generic to the California Bear icon which the NCR and Mojave Territories both use.
