There are a few mods out there that does what this mod does, which is increase the opinion cap. But the difference is that they only go so far as 200 or 300.
This mod allows for 10000 maximum or minimum values, and doesn’t edit the original defines file, ensuring maximum compatibility with future versions and other mods.
