Leader: Heinrich Schnee, last governor of German East Africa
Fascist: Mittelafrika
Leader: Franz Ritter von Epp, leader of the Reichskolonialbund
Democratic: United Republic of Africa
Leader: Haile Selassie, Symbol of Panafricanism
Communist: Socialist Union of Africa (currently just uses a plain red flag)
Leader: J. B. Marks, South African Communist

If the country is a puppet its called *country adjective* Mittelafrika
