Disclaimer: This sub-mod is my vision of Petlin’s reforms in TNO, it’s not lore-friendly at all. I hope you understand.

New Features:
1. Added new focuses to the regional political tree to show Petlin’s way of making the economy better.
2. After the reformers coup, a new economic tree will appear, almost completely new, featuring bigger reforms than the old one.
3. On the superregional stage 2 focuses were added to Petlin’s tree and 2 focuses were changed.
4. Lev Netto is now Minister of Defence instead of MInister of War.

And, of course, this sub-mod has some problems:
1. I’m not a native English speaker, so there could be some grammar mistakes.
