Historical Vanilla

Core game mechanics, such as combat, logistics, and production, largely remain intact, allowing players to employ their strategic prowess without having to learn new systems.
"Historical Vanilla" retains the historical progression of technologies, national focuses, and events, enabling players to follow the course of history or explore alternative historical paths. While the mod seeks to stay true to the original game, it introduces minor tweaks and improvements to enhance the overall experience without significantly altering the balance of power or game mechanics.

- Non-historical focuses have been removed.
- Changed some events to be with only historical decisions.
- Optimized for multiplayer.
- Modifying a division template is free
- Lag days to automatically slow down or pause the game were extended.
- Players can’t justify wargoals. Wargoals can only be gained from national focuses, events and decisions
- Most of the nations with generic national focus tree have been removed.
- Added impassable border from Spain to Gibraltar.
- Added semi-impassable border from Spain to France.
- The 1939 year bookmark has been replaced with the "Europe only" scenario.
- In the "Europe only" scenario Allies and Comintern nations can send Attaché to China via decision and Axis nations can send Attaché to Japan.
- Waiting time before sending a new diplomatic request has been reduced to 12 hours.
- Number of days before being able to kick a new member of faction or re invite a kicked nation to your faction has been reduced to 0 days.
- AI will always be willing to accept a call to war even if front is too dangerous.
- Countries can only gain military access and docking rights from countries that share the same ruling ideology.
- Countries can never release nations.
- Countries may not take over faction leadership.
- Countries can not prepare or execute Coups in any nation.
