Updated for By Blood Alone (1.12.11)
Just a small mod that fixes Canada’s focus tree to be less awful by making the focuses "national steel car" and "send in the zombies" no longer mutually exclusive.

You won’t get achievements using this as it changes the checksum.

It should work on new versions of the game even if it says it is out of date. But drop a comment if you run into any issues.
