Description:

Enables the recently-added post-war German content from Kaiserredux to work without subjugating both Britain and France.
Necessary alternate conditions are:
-Union of Britain and French Commune do not exist
-Nationalist France controls Paris and is allied with Germany or French Puppet State of Germany exists
-A non-socialist government controls London or Britain is a German puppet state
-Russia either is a German puppet or has signed the Vilnius Accords
