More Diplomatic Actions

First of all, this is mod is made by my friend who cannot post his work on steam workshop so full credit goes to him
In this mod you can get 2 additional diplomatic actions with fellow countries, these 2 options are:
– Remove Guarantee (Simply as that, click on the country that guarantees the other country and ask them to remove thier guarantee. Removal of the guarantee is not Free! You will need big + with the guaranteerer for him to remove him.)
– Demand Enemy Surrender (Now you won’t be needing to go to Vladivostok to capitulate soviet union, you will need the 8% surrender progress of the enemy country and THEM to accept it)
