Description:

This mod add 4 Spies through new Upgrades.

It is a rebalanced version of this mod made to use it in Multiplayer or Roleplay matches.

It is now more expensive and are less Spies so it is not possible that minors get the maximum of spies and can’t annoy other Majors much, but Majors have now the possibility to expand their intelligence.

The costs are now
25 Civs
50 Civs
80 Civs
100 Civs

If you make a larger mod or a Modpack, you’re allowed to use the mod without asking, but with 1 condition, notice this mod somewhere in the descritpion of Your Mod.
And it would be as well nice if you could write it me

Here is a more balanced version to use it in Multyplayer, ROleplay matches or larger total conversion mods
