Description:

Subjects now give their overlords the same ratio of dockyards as they give military factories.

Due to paradox not provideing any functionality for modders to actually transfer dockyards, like there’s with civs mils, the only way I found to transfer them is to create a new building called an Occupied Dockyard, which is just a dummy building that lets the script know that it should give the overlord of a subject that amount of dockyards.

The mod doesen’t actually require DLC.As the only thing you need for the script to function properly if for a modifier called "navic_to_overlord_factor" (that has a value between 0 and 1) to be applied to a tag . But the mod doesen’t make DLC less puppets have this (yet).

Also the script does account for local factory modifiers and will return "Occupied dockyards" to normal ones if a tag that doesen’t have this modifier CONTROLS (this means that you have to control >50% VPs in a state) the state.
