Capture Research Slots
When you have complete control of the state of the capitals of major countries, you can get a research slot, and accordingly, the occupied country loses a research slot. The research slot in each capital can only be grabbed once.
The research slot of the following countries can be transferred:
Japan, Germany, Italy, Spain, Soviet Union, United Kingdom

If one country goes to civil war and divides into two countries, no country will get the research slot.
During war, a country can only get the research slot if its war score is greater than 40. You can get the research slot after peace conference.
