Description:

This mod is based on the data of “The Mineral Industry of the British Empire and Foreign Countries: Statistical Summary (Production, Imports and Exports) 1936~1938” to distribute resources to each country according to the percentage of production in 1936. Because there is no data of China steel production in it, I use the iron ore export amount and export ratio (China iron ore.png) to calculate the total amount of production.
The steel production include ore, pig-iron, ferro-alloy, and steel ingot, so we derive an equation for it: total steel production of country= iron ore* 0.4 + pig-iron and ferro-alloy * 1 + steel* 1, and so does alumium: total alumium production of country= brauxite* 0.15 + alumium l*1. The rubber production is based on “Materials Survey Rubber” from the United Stated Department of Commerce. The resources production of Manchuguo is based on another chinese book, ”伪满州国史(The History of Manchuguo),” because I believe the data mentioned in it (from SMR, South Manchuria Railway Co.) is more accurate than British.
