Description:

Remove some mutually exclusive focuses about improve relation.

reduce the time cost of some focus:invite foreign investor→35,focuses about improve relation→21,purchase tanks and fighters→49

Finish focuses that demand mongolia and renounce the mcmahon line will add core of corresponding state.

移除了几个改善关系的国策之间的互斥关系。

由于可以点的国策变多了，因此降低了几个国策所需的时间：邀请外国投资者→35天、改善关系的国策→21天、订购坦克和购买战斗机→49天。

否认麦克马洪线、申索蒙古点了之后可获得对应地区的核心。
