A submod of Equestria at War. The Rose & The Moon is a mod that seeks to see what would happen if the population of Manehattan secedes from the Lunar Empire at the beginning of the civil war, and seeks to forge their own path.
The mod as a whole is still in heavy work in progress, except bugs at all times.
