No More Lost Cores Debuff for Italy
I made this mod after one too many AI naval invasions to Sardegna while I have the entire Mediterranean on 100% naval supremacy. So with this mod you will no longer suffer from the "Lost Cores" weekly balance of power thing.
The mod will conflict with mods that edit the file BBA_power_balance_modifiers
