WHY?
This mod is for all the people like myself who have always wondered why the game includes flame tanks but no assault guns like the german StuGs, even though these were produced in far larger numbers than flamers. I always thought this to be odd and that it would actually make more sense to have flamers just as a sub-type of a larger assault gun branch.

HOW?
To achieve this goal this mod expands the flame tank mechanic to also accommodate the historically much more relevant assault guns. That’s done by adding some cannons and a rocket launcher to the armament pool for flame tanks, wich were renamed to assault guns. Other than that it still works just like the old flamers (you can even still build flamers as a assault gun simply armed with a flamethrower). I also left the tech constraint unchanged so you still have to research engineers II before you have access to the assault gun companies because I think they would be too OP at 36. It is however possible to build the assault guns themselves before the engineer II tech to start building a stockpile early, you only need the tech to actually put them into your divisions.

BALANCING
I have not balanced this mod properly. I assume that the assault guns will be quite OP in 39/40 and get worse by 42 because their stats don’t scale with the artillery/at/aa techs like SPAs, TDs and SPAAs but instead only get small bonuses from the engineer techs. Feel free to comment on any changes you would suggest balancing-wise.
