OWB – This is Fantastic
This is a personal mod I made after a playthrough with a friend of mine revealed a secret nation with the infamous Fantastic from Fallout: New Vegas. Feeling that his appearance was such a meme and could make sense in the lore, I decided to make this for my friend and I to play.
PLEASE NOTE – This mod makes the Mojave Territories virtually unplayable and Caesar is guaranteed to die as part of the focus tree. Nothing will stop the rise of Fantastic!

FEATURES:
1. A new TAG for a Helios Nation playable from the start of the Game. Be a single city-state before becoming the powerhouse of the Mojave and possibly the whole wasteland through Fantastic charm!
2. A complete Phase 1 focus tree. This tree takes you from being the NCR Helios Corps through to Fantastic’s own rise to claim the title of Emperor and to herald the Empire that Caesar envisaged.
3. Unique Flags and Events. Between NCR, Legion, his Drug Addiction, his uneducated idiocy and his need of lackeys the events are to paint the progression of a man with no qualifications to the most powerful ruler to be reckoned with.
4. A story line depicting the humble beginnings of Fantastic by seeking to paint the outcome of this question, "What if Fantastic was able to succeed at everything like he did with Helios?" and make it a full-blown story.
5. Unique Generals. From Mercenaries, one of whom is a Cyborg Grandmother all the way to Legionnaires who end up embracing the Fantastic Way.
6. Methods to advance the normal technological limitations of nations through meeting certain pre-requisites. Conquer key neighbouring territories to unlock the potential of superior technologies through which dominance may be achieved.

CURRENT ISSUES:
1. As this is an early version there are many spelling mistakes.
2. Some text is missing and one or two features uncoded.
3. Definitely not balance tested. Saying that, Fantastic can be beaten and is not invulnerable.
4. Immersion problem – Helios will from the beginning have Legion recruitable laws and unit appearances.
Personal Recommendation – Use the pre-game setup rules to have Utobitha, Jacobstown and the Boomers released. It’s a preference of mine for playing Fantastic’s path, is more lore-accurate and all-round better progression.
