WWZ European Breakup Rework
A simple mod that adds a series of events that if Belgium goes down the fight for dominance path in case of a failed conference causes a civil war to happen.
I always found the breakup of the federation boring and weird that even pro EU-Countries would then leave,so instead two factions form and they duke it out for the fate of europe.
Thanks for Temzu and his team for making this possible by making the World War Zero mod and hopefully this will be a nice bandaid until the proper EU-Update.
