Democratic Germany Puppets
This mod allows you to create german puppets as democratic Germany like the reichkommisariats. Eventually there will be available puppets for the entire world but for now only for Europe.
Features:
-Föderalstaats and Föderalregions for most of the Europe
-Changed limitations for democracies:
–to justify a wargoal you need just 50% tension, nothing else
–can create puppet
–can create colab goverment
–can justify on other democracies
-Generic focus tree for Föderalstaats
-Decisions to core austrian, swiss and former prussian lands
To do:
-Make a generic focus tree for Föderalregions
-Föderalstaats and Föderalregions for the rest of the world
-Ability to prosper somehow from having Föderaltaats and Föderalregions
-Exclusive focus trees for some Föderalstaats and Föderalregions
-Improve the generic focus tree for Föderalstaats
-Balance the ability to justify on other democracies and justify at 50% tension

Known problems/bugs etc.
-Missing shine effect on mod added focuses probably causes their pictures to load inappropriately
-Broken country names for Germany because Paradox uses cosmetic tags in one of the focuses, will be fixed soon – FIXED

-The idea of making entirely new democratic path for Germany was scrapped and instead I have returned to the only original idea inspired by RK+
