1.14 Continuation of Vanilla GFX Overhaul & Aesthetics Mod
– Removed broken victory points – attempted to fix them to no avail.
– Fixed black screen issue.

– Did not touch loading screens – they are undersized and stretched. Not sure if this is intentional.
