Multilingual Translation API (非覆蓋式多國語言字體與翻譯 API)

In short, you need to do 4 steps to use:
1. Subscribe to this mod and enable from game.
2. Change the language ID code in "settings.txt" to the language you want to use.
3. Delete the "pdx_settings.txt" and "launcher-v2.sqlite" files before run the game. (In fact, it is this AAA that leads to this rather cumbersome process.)
4. Use Steam’s "skip launcher" method to run the game directly.
(Please enter the game default path in your computer to find these 3 files: C:DocumentsParadox InteractiveHearts of Iron IV)

○ Now, you don’t need to do instead of ‘overriding’ a language to get translations anymore, the mod directly ‘adds new languages and translations’ into the game and load them for happy to play.
○ Optimized game loading speed and memory usage. Because it is no longer necessary to load the ‘1.36GB’ font library that comes with the game + all the font libraries carried by each different mods, and only need to load from this mod suite.

1. In fact, I can only read Chinese(mother language) and English. So, please communicate with Chinese or English, thank you very much! 😁
2. This mod does not contain translations other than ‘Chinese’ now, because: I don’t know other languages, so I can’t provide translations for other languages myself. However, now the mod has provided the most effective and convenient ‘translation framework’. If you are interested in providing translations, you can make a translation mod for the corresponding language yourself which subscribe to use my this dependency mod to easily achieve it. 😁

簡而言之使用須要做4個步驟：
1. 訂閱本模組並在遊戲中啟用。
2. 更改 "settings.txt" 中的 語言ID 指定代碼到您要使用的語言。
3. 在運行遊戲前，先刪除 "pdx_settings.txt" 和 "launcher-v2.sqlite" 文檔。(其實就是這個 Launcher 在搞事，不然直接訂閱後，最多自己改一次 語言ID 就可以了。)
4. 用Steam的 “跳過啟動器” 方式直接運行遊戲。
