a mod designed to change and fix some things about balance in historical MP. originally made by 3 ppl but those other bums hopped ship so i really made it. still, credit to aaron and kaden for being my friends. also chase helped with one thing and i said i would give him credit so here it is
currently in the mod:
lots and lots of jokes
retiled el alamein
gibraltar is two tiles and impassable by land
reduced army xp to edit division templates
deleting/annexing unimportant countries
