This mod is a late-game enhancement for PRC, providing the "National Planning Commission" decision after acquiring Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangdong.

Players can choose from three different decisions to grant buffs like military organization funding, reduced production costs, increased construction speed, and research bonuses.

• This mod is still in the testing phase, and all values are subject to change for better gameplay. If you encounter mod conflicts or unreasonable values, feel free to provide feedback.

I’ve had a lot of personal matters to deal with lately, and the work on this mod is complex and challenging. The next time I can dedicate my time to focus on updates is uncertain, so I can only release the new content I’ve already completed with some minor improvements.
