Description:

A standalone version of Toolpack with some added Mappa Mundi features
Toolpack Without Errors was used as a base for this mod

Features:
-Marked states will be highlighted green
-A button to unmark all states within a country
-A button to mark all contiguous states within a country
-Buttons to mark all cored or claimed states of a country everywhere
