Version 2.0 Update: "The Centurion vs Tiger Update"

Patch Notes:
1. Adds new load screens.
2. Updated to latest version.
3. Fixes issue where the current game could not load.
4. Fixed issue with crash on startup.
5. Fix crash when loading the main menu if the game is not in the list of installed games.
6. Added support for MAME Zero
7. The main menu has had a big overhaul.
8. Completely redid the look of the options screen.
9. Game now supports being run as a stand alone app.
10. You can now save your progress in the main menu.
11. Minor Bug fixes.
12. The game now has the option to automatically continue on the next life if the current life is lost.
13. Re-envisioned the whole gamplay of the game.
14. Completely redid the look of the options screen.
15. The game now has a tutorial.
16. The tutorial can be toggled at any time to be displayed to the player.
17. Player can now choose what kind of tutorial to receive.
18. The tutorial window has been resized to accomodate different screen resolutions.
19. The tutorial has been updated to include all the changes made in the new main menu options screen.
20. You can now choose to be either a Centurion or a Tiger.
21. You can now choose how difficult the game will be.
22. You can now choose to display the tutorial on the next life or just have the tutorial be displayed at the start of the game.
23. You can now choose an alternate ending.
24. You can now choose to allow the player to choose the difficulty and how many lives they wish to use.
25. The game now has a built in difficulty selector.
26. Difficulties have been added in the order of Easy, Normal, Hard and Deadly.
27. Each difficulty has a unique ending, and also affects the ending of the game if the player does not select that difficulty.
28. When a enemy is killed by a critical hit, that enemy is stunned for a brief moment.
29. Enemy movement is increased for every difficulty level except the first.
30. Adds Mark Felton™️ Drip™️.
31. Adds various amounts gumbis and crumbis.
