Netherlands Reworked Monarchist Tree
The Netherlands in 1936 stands at a crossroads, balancing on the edge of crisis. After years of strict neutrality, the Dutch government faces a cabinet crisis as it struggles to navigate the growing global tensions. The Dutch armed forces are in disrepair: the army is poorly trained and equipped, the navy is a relic of past glories, and the air force is nearly non-existent. Economically, the country remains tied to the gold standard, stifling recovery from the global economic depression.
This mod offers a complete overhaul of the Netherlands’ focus tree, bringing new life to the monarchy with three distinct paths for players to choose from:
Hohenzollern Path: Claim the German throne and lead a resurgence of monarchist power across Europe, with Paul von Lettow-Vorbeck as your Chancellor.
Mecklenburg Path: Defeat the Nazis and restore the Hohenzollern throne in Germany, modernizing the Netherlands with Chancellor Rüdiger von der Goltz.
Orange-Nassau Path: Embrace the historic Dutch royal family and guide the Netherlands to global dominance.
