Advanced Civil Wars
Makes Civil Wars more realistic, where releasables of any given country in a civil war will secede.
Neighbouring countries with shared cores will take advantage, taking land and involving themselves in the war.
Should not impact a vanilla historical playthrough as the Spanish Civil War is uneffected due to how it is created in code. However, non-historical paths such as Fascist Britain civil-war are effected.
It is recommended to play with a balancing mod that reduces the declare-war and civil-war world tension, otherwise the unhistorical collapse of the soviet-union will turn into a World-War.
