The Messiah Miracle
This is my very first amateur mod! After now almost a year of learning modding and off and on development I have decided to release an early version of MESSIAH MIRACLE.
Featuring:
• 50+ localized Events telling the story of the new messiah! (Don’t take the story too seriously)
• 30+ Foci
• 30+ custom made foci icons (of various quality)
• NUCLEAR POWERED TANKS (if you have NSB)
• A new ideology: Theocracy
• Many interesting characters like mahogany desk
• A functional economic system that may still need to be balanced (I appreciate feedback!)
• A COMPLEX diplomatic minigame
• And much much more coming in the future
"Messiah Miracle" explores a world where the Lateran Treaty between the Vatican and fascist Italy failed, forcing the Holy See into exile. Seizing the opportunity to offload a troublesome colony, the United Kingdom transferred control to the exiled Vatican government. To maintain order in the region, Pope Pius XI sought the assistance of retired German war hero Ludendorff, becoming his puppet in the process. Now, the Vatican Republic is little more than Ludendorff’s personal fiefdom, and the people are desperate for a Messiah to free them from the monster’s grasp. Whether the Messiah will succeed in reclaiming the Vatican from the vile fascists or be forced to fight for survival against the Anti-Imperialist Arabian Liberation Front and thus reshape the future of the peninsula is up to the player.
This mod focuses solely on one country, the Vatican in exile, so the development scope is realistic. If this mod ever is finished it will have at least 3 Paths with some sub paths. The beginning may be a lot of reading (And the writing might not yet be of high quality since I’m not a writer), but don’t worry—this isn’t a TNO-style mod, though I did take inspiration (and some code :)) from it. There’s a relatively big war in the mod, and the outcome of that war will lead you down the different paths.
