对原版意大利DLC的国策进行了微小且简单的调整。
· 缩短国策时间 70/35 → 25
· 国策增加的建筑位和工厂数为 3 和 2
· 取消了陆军 海军 空军和工业线的互斥效果
· 提供了一些"小小"的启动资金
· 钢铁条约现在是1000天的效果
