Description:

As many others were, I was somewhat disappointed by nations that did not receive a focus tree for Trial of Allegiance. While i’m still relatively amateur at HOI4 modding, I wanted to take a crack at it and made focus trees for Guatemala, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Honduras, Costa Rica, Colombia, Venezuela, Dominican Republic, Haiti and Cuba.

These focuses are meant to be in the same style of Trial of Allegiance to keep with the theme of the region and DLC. What I mean by this is in TOA there are very similar military branches in all of the nations, and so I emulated the same thing in a simpler style for simpler nations.

As you look through them, you notice they are quite small and lack much content. This is not only by design, but because of my own limitations. They are meant to replicate Uruguay or Paraguay more so than Brazil or Argentina.

Through playing these nations yourself you may think to yourself, "hey some of these focuses are 70 days for very minor buffs! this is bad!" This is also by design, most or all of these nations were very under developed and I wanted to keep overall game balance in mind.

In the photos I include, you notice that essentially all of them have the option to join the Allies, and your chud German main may think "this is unbalanced!!!!" rest assured my dearest, they only have the option to do this if the United States is also in the Allies which leads to most of them staying neutral.

Also note that while the AI is very influenced to do their historical paths, they are not limited to stay historical if historical AI is on. Still, most of the time they don’t do anything funky so you may only have one nation go alt-hist in hist games.

Edit #1: I wasn’t originally going to do anything more to this, but if it’s already gotten some nice support and if it’s requested enough I may come back for some bug fixes, QoL fixes, and additional focuses for releasable nations like Belize or Jamaica or something
