Rebalanced Armored Cars
When Paradox released the tank designer No Step Back, they added the ability to make light tanks that basically amounted to armored cars that were cheaper than the actual armored cars that existed since La Resistance, and never bothered to lower the IC of the armored cars to account for this, making what little value they had meaningless.
This mod corrects that oversight by lowering the IC cost for armored cars dramatically whilst not making them underpriced for their value. Now they can actually serve as cost effective armored reconnaisance vehicles or as a better, yet still affordable, alternative to cavalry for garrisons.
The changes are as follows:
WW1 Armored Cars: 2 IC
1939 Armored Cars: 4 IC
1941 Armored Cars: 6 IC
1941 Anti-Tank Armored Cars: 7 IC
