German Communist Tweaks and Improvements
The German communist path has since release had some glaring problems in its understanding of the movements and design, this mod adressed some of the issues while keeping the general gameplay of the path the same. This is the non-ironman compatible version of the mod, as it changes more things than what would allow the mod to be compatible.
some of the changes:
-Volkskommisariats are now "Sister Republics"
-States of integrated sister republics are now cored
-Ernst Thälmann is now only available for the pro-soviet path (unless the USSR does not go down the historical path)
